This position is in Moscow, TN-Fayette County.

Please be advised that reliable personal transportation is required for this position. Candidates must be willing and able to transport persons supported as part of their regular job responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Support individuals in community outings, skill-building, and recreation.
- Offer transportation to appointments, errands, and fun community activities.
- Follow individualized support plans (ISPs) to promote independence.
- Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Build meaningful relationships that promote confidence and self-advocacy.
- Create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for every person you support.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background and abuse registry
- Ability to transport persons supported safely using your own vehicle
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with transfers
- Experience with IDD/DDA services preferred — but we will train the right person!
