CNC Saw Operator – 3rd Shift

Are you a mechanically inclined professional with CNC saw experience? Join our team as a CNC Saw Operator and help us cut precision parts safely and efficiently! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, operating machinery, and producing high-quality results.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC saws (band saws, circular saws, miter saws) to cut bar stock, tube, and plate.
- Install saw blades, set guides, stops, and fixtures; load and secure material using cranes or hoists when needed.
- Read blueprints, work orders, and material specs to determine precise cut dimensions.
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to ensure quality.
- Perform daily machine checks, clean/lubricate saws, and replace worn blades.
- Support production by monitoring operations, adjusting for efficiency, and sorting finished jobs.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CNC saw or saw operator experience.
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Blueprint reading and basic math skills (fractions, ratios).
- Familiarity with safety standards and material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes).
- Strong attention to detail for quality assurance.
