Pay:
At ACT, we believe in rewarding hard work, so we support as many opportunities as possible for drivers to stack their own earning potential.
Yearly Salary:
- Earn $80,000 - $101,000 Per Year, based on experience
- Earn $0.60-$0.63 CPM
Bonus Pay/Additional Compensation Breakdown:
- $0.03 Per Mile Sign On Bonus for First Year
- $0.05 Per Mile Drive-Your-Pay Monthly Bonus (for qualifying drivers, ask recruiting for details)
- Drivers within 50 miles of Boonville, Mo to Indianapolis, IN will be paid an additional $0.02 Per Mile
- $0.02 Per Mile Referral Bonus (on miles YOU drive for 12 months while both you & your referred drivers are driving with ACT).
- No Limit on Referrals
- Detention, Stop, Clean Inspection & Breakdown Pay Offered
- 40 Hours of Paid Time Off for every 6 Months Worked
- Pay Raises Every 100,000 Miles (typically falls around your anniversary)

Freight Details:
We don't run the west or east coast, so you're always close to home.
- Run Midwest & Southeast
- No West Coast or East Coast Driving
- 100% No Touch Freight
Home Time:
Your Home time is YOURS. We respect it and ensure you can rely on it.
- OTR Drivers: Home Every Two Weeks for your 34 Reset (on Weekends).

Safety Job Requirements:
- Age 21+ with a valid Class A CDL
- Must have 1 year of OTR truck driving experience OR 9 months with a certified truck driving school
- 6 months of driving experience within the last year
- Must meet all requirements of and pass a DOT physical and DOT and Company drug screen
Wage Range: 80000.00 - 101000.00 per year
