This role combines essential custodial duties with specialized grow technology support, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and operational efficiency. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and janitorial tasks across the facility, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and surface sanitation to maintain a spotless environment.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are safe and visually appealing.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by inspecting equipment, reporting issues, and supporting repairs to keep all systems running smoothly.
- Support grow operations by maintaining cleanliness in grow rooms, cloning areas, and storage spaces; help set up and break down grow equipment as needed.
- Execute industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of ventilation systems, water lines, and grow trays to uphold hygiene standards.
- Support residential painting projects within the facility to ensure walls and surfaces are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure a secure working environment for everyone.
- Defoling Plants and removing excess fan leaves or smaller branches.
- Trimming plant material.
- Transplanting plants from room to room.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings; experience with residential painting is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care (buffing, polishing), industrial cleaning methods, and general facilities maintenance.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects safely, and operating cleaning machinery.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize daily tasks effectively.
- Prior experience supporting grow or cultivation operations is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
