Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about available recreational activities and amenities
- Assist guests with reservations, equipment rentals, and activity sign-ups to ensure smooth participation
- Monitor recreational areas such as pools, sports courts, and activity zones to maintain safety standards and enforce rules
- Offer multilingual support to accommodate diverse guest needs and enhance guest relations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Coordinate with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences at the front desk and in guest services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of recreational facilities, ensuring a safe environment for all visitors
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or resort environments is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest population effectively
- Experience working at a front desk or in guest relations roles is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality, recreation, and creating enjoyable experiences for guests
