Job Summary
Friendly Geneva is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and professional Mobile Greeter to be the first friendly face our customers encounter. This is a mobile position that involves greeting and assisting customers both inside the dealership and outside on the lot. The person in this role may also assist with answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries as needed. $16 per hour plus incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive both inside the dealership and outside on the lot
- Provide a positive first impression and create a welcoming experience
- Stay mobile throughout the dealership property to ensure customers are acknowledged promptly
- Help direct guests to the appropriate salesperson, service advisor, or department
- Answer incoming phone calls from time to time and route calls appropriately
- Support the team with general front-end customer service needs
- Maintain a professional, upbeat and helpful presence throughout the day

- Ability to multitask and assist wherever needed
- Customer service or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
