In-Home Caregiver – Spicer, MN | Part-Time | $21–$24/hr
CareMN is hiring a dependable, caring in-home caregiver in Spicer for a consistent part-time schedule with one client.
About the role:
You'll provide in-home support with daily living activities — meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and simple personal care assistance. This is steady, one-on-one care with the same client every visit, ideal for a caregiver who wants a predictable routine and time to build a real relationship rather than bouncing between homes.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day (20 hours/week) — consistent weekly schedule.
Pay:
$21–$24 per hour, based on experience.
What we're looking for:
- Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal — CNA/HHA/PCA background a plus, but not required)
- Dependable and punctual
- Warm, patient, and respectful of client independence
- Reliable transportation to Spicer
- Ability to pass a background check
