Bartender/Server – Black Sheep Kitchen & Cocktails (Riverbank, CA)
Black Sheep is hiring an experienced Bartender/Server with strong serving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, full‑service restaurant environment. This is not a training position — applicants must already have professional bartending (specialty cocktails) and serving experience.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years bartending experience in a full‑service restaurant or bar
Serving experience required
Strong beer knowledge (draft systems, proper pours, styles)
Solid cocktail knowledge (classic builds, accuracy, speed)
Basic wine knowledge
POS experience (Toast or similar)
Must be available nights and weekends
Must have previous restaurant experience
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a clean bar
Responsibilities:
Make cocktails quickly, consistently, and to spec
Pour beer properly and maintain draft quality
Provide excellent service to bar guests and or tables
Take food orders, run food, and support the team
Maintain a clean and organized bar throughout the shift
Restock beer, wine, liquor, garnishes, and supplies
Handle POS transactions accurately
Follow all alcohol service and food safety guidelines
Complete opening, running, and closing duties on time
