We are looking for highly skilled and experienced HVAC service technicians to join our team. We service residential and commercial customers in Palm Beach & Broward counties. We need professionals with excellent technical & people skills, the ability to sell, patience, and a strong work ethic. In addition, you must have a clean driving record. The company will provide a van for work.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues related to system performance or failure.
- Installation of new HVAC equipment.
- Working knowledge of the methods, tools, and equipment needed for HVAC residential and light commercial buildings service and or repair.
- Participate in meetings and trainings.
- Working knowledge of maintenance of various residential HVAC systems.
- Learn and use the latest technology platforms, including Service Titan.
- Rotational On-Call to 9:30 pm.
- Five years of experience in servicing, maintaining, and installing HVAC equipment preferred.
- Valid Florida driving license.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- NATE certification a plus.
- Pool Heater/Chiller experience a plus.
- Ability to explain technical information to clients.
- Able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs and be willing and able to climb ladders.
- Willing to have a background check, drug test, and driver’s license check
Pay: Based upon qualifications and experience. We will pay the best for the best.
