Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Support Manager, pack and ship prescriptions following all shipping procedures.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions

Accurately pack and ship prescription orders for Eagle Pharmacy in a timely manner.

Follow all procedures and each step on the packing and shipping checklist when packaging or shipping an order.

Responsible for stocking freezers with ice packs.
- Respect and maintain confidentiality guidelines of HIPAA.

Responsible for keeping area clean and adequately stocked with boxes and supplies.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Responsible for other duties as assigned by Eagle Management.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Preferred, one-year minimum of shipping/receiving experience
Skills:
- Ability to lift 20lbs.
- Ability to work in a standing environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, patiently and courteously.
- Focused team player, who can work in conjunction with pharmacists, other departments, and management.
- Work independently with little supervision and meet daily deadlines.
- Ability to perform repetitious work accurately.
- Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once.
- Attention to detail.
Environmental/Working conditions:
This position requires prolonged standing. In addition, this position requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including the operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients and employees. This position may be required to work long hours.
The expected base pay range for this position is $15–$15.50 per hour. The actual compensation for the position may vary based on market differences and on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and can vary based on location and/or work schedule. In addition to base pay, CareTria offers a comprehensive benefits package.
