We're looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Associate to help keep our warehouse, materials, tools, equipment, vehicles, and field operations running smoothly.

This isn't just a warehouse position.
You'll help manage the flow of materials from delivery through project completion while supporting our Project Managers, Foremen, and field crews.
One day you may be receiving and staging a project order. The next you may be delivering equipment to a jobsite, preparing tools for a new project, coordinating vehicle service, organizing returns, or helping set up a job.
We're looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and takes care of it.

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

Receive and verify deliveries.

Label and stage materials by project.

Monitor stock and organize returns.

Manage trash and recycling.

Prepare project and closeout materials.

Organize and track tools and equipment.

Check equipment in and out.
-
Coordinate repairs and maintenance.

Keep company vehicles clean and ready.

Coordinate vehicle service needs.

Manage company keys and access items.

Deliver materials and equipment to jobsites.

Pick up materials, rentals, and returns.

Load and unload trucks and trailers.

Help prepare new projects for startup.

Assist with jobsite setup as needed.

Support Project Managers, Foremen, and field crews.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift and carry up to approximately 50 lbs.

Strong organization and attention to detail.

Dependable attendance and follow-through.

Ability to communicate by phone, text, and email.

Comfortable driving company trucks and vans.

Non-smoking; comfortable working in a smoke-free environment

Warehouse, construction, delivery, or logistics experience.

Knowledge of electrical or construction materials.

Forklift or pallet jack experience.

Trailer towing experience.

Basic hand and power tool experience.

Full-time, hourly position.

Based out of our Columbus warehouse.

Regular local driving and jobsite deliveries.

Occasional longer-distance project support.

Warehouse, outdoor, vehicle, and construction environments.

Daily priorities may change based on project needs.

$20-$25 per hour, based on experience
