About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce and retail company expanding into a specialized catalog of Indian clothing, artificial jewelry, and beauty products. We are looking for a versatile, highly motivated E-Commerce & Warehouse Associate to join our team and help run the day-to-day operations of our newest warehouse facility.
The Role
This is a hybrid role that requires both physical warehouse organization and computer-based e-commerce management. You won't just be packing boxes—you will be handling the products, creating online listings, printing labels, and helping us grow.
The ideal candidate already has a strong familiarity with Indian apparel, jewelry, and beauty products, and can seamlessly switch between hands-on physical tasks and digital computer work.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations: Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Inventory Management: Organize the warehouse, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- E-Commerce & Computer Tasks: Create and optimize online product listings, print shipping labels, and manage digital inventory.
- Heavy Lifting: Safely lift and move boxes, shipments, and inventory as needed throughout the day.
- Marketing (Bonus): Assist with promotional efforts, marketing campaigns, or social media content for our products.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian clothing, artificial jewelry, and beauty products is strongly preferred.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English, Hindi, and/or Urdu is a major plus!
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers for data entry, printing labels, and managing e-commerce listings.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift heavy boxes.
- Reliability: Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to start immediately.
- Bonus: Previous experience in e-commerce marketing, digital sales, or running social media for a business.
