Field Supervisor – Outdoor Living Installation
LuxaPatio is a growing company specializing in high-end outdoor living and patio installations for residential and commercial projects across South Florida. We're looking for a Field Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and oversee our installation projects, making sure every job site runs to high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize each project from the planning stage through execution.
- Visit job sites before work begins to confirm that all materials, tools, and equipment are available.
- Coordinate installation crews so they can work efficiently from day one.
- Oversee installation quality and verify correct use of materials, tools, and procedures.
- Uphold LuxaPatio's quality and safety standards.
- Train, coach, and onboard new employees, making sure they understand and apply company standards.
- Develop and track the performance of installation crews to improve productivity and quality.
- Report progress and needs, and resolve issues that come up on site.
- Actively take part in field work when needed to meet company goals and project deadlines.
- Support and help with operations in the shop, warehouse, and showroom as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a supervisor or lead of construction/installation crews.
- Ability to lead a team and solve problems on site.
- Organized, responsible, and an excellent communicator.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
