Responsibilities: As a Hawaiian Island Grill Team Member, you'll play an important role in ensuring our guests have a remarkable experience. Your key duties include:
- Providing exceptional hospitality and customer service. Not only satisfying customer requests, but also anticipating customers needs
- Collaborating in high-performance teams across various areas, including kitchen and prep.
- Building personal connections with our guests.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, positive environment dedicated to excellence.
- Creating a spotless and sparkling environment by cleaning your individual workstation, and surrounding area, which includes daily cleaning duties before and after each shift and ongoing cleaning responsibilities during business hours.

Compensation: Up to $21.45
Starting base wage $15.55/hour plus $4.91/hour in tips (based on a 5-month average of hourly tips from 1/1/2026 - 5/31/2026). Actual tips may vary based on position, hours, and quality of service.
