ARZN Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to collaborate with our leadership team in supporting and developing high-quality pediatric home care services throughout Metro Atlanta.
We're looking for a nurse who is passionate about clinical excellence, values compassionate care, and enjoys working alongside leadership to help shape innovative healthcare services for children and their families.
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license in good standing
- Clinical experience in pediatrics, home health, NICU, PICU, labor & delivery, postpartum, or a related specialty preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and support for pediatric home care services.
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
- Conduct supervisory visits to ensure quality of care, regulatory compliance, and caregiver support.
- Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations and professional nursing standards.
- Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to caregivers and staff.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource for patients, families, caregivers, and leadership.
