Schedule
12-Hour Rotating Schedule
- Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
Perks:
- Work only 7 days every 2 weeks
- Every other weekend off
- Two 3-day weekends every month
- No swing shifts
Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize thermoforming/extrusion equipment
- Troubleshoot production and machine issues
- Complete changeovers and quality checks
- Support machine uptime and continuous improvement
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety standards
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- 1+ year plastics manufacturing experience preferred
- Thermoforming and troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience following SOPs required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
