Compensation: Starting base from $30.00/hour (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses
Target Year 1 Earnings: $80,000 – $120,000+

The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-energy, competitive, and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this dual-impact role, you will act as a hunter to acquire new Small-to-Medium Business (SMB) clients and a strategic partner to expand existing corporate accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting, targeted research, and qualifying leads to running discoveries, overcoming objections, and closing new SMB deals.
- Cultivate Existing Accounts: Analyze sales data and reports to identify gaps, leveraging cross-selling and up-selling strategies to deepen client partnerships.
- Deliver Premier Account Management: Act as a trusted business advisor to key stakeholders; process orders efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and swiftly resolve client issues.
- Maintain Pipeline Discipline: Log all sales activities, communication history, and pipeline updates seamlessly within HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate Internationally & Locally: Relay critical market insights and customer feedback to the broader Sales and Marketing teams to continuously refine product positioning.
- Field Representation: Travel approximately 10–20% to attend industry trade shows and conduct high-value client site visits.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years in B2B sales, account management, business development, or a closely related customer-facing role (equivalent transferable experience welcomed).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or a technical field is a plus).
- Skills: Elite communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Highly organized with an innate ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Mindset: A self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented professional with a strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Tech Literacy: Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% for industry events and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Prior experience collaborating with manufacturers, industrial product suppliers, or commercial distributors.
