Wyndham Indianapolis West is looking for a dependable and personable Breakfast Server to provide excellent service and create a positive start to each guest's day. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a passion for hospitality, and takes pride in providing friendly and efficient service in a team environment.
Whether welcoming guests, serving meals, or maintaining a clean and organized dining area, this position plays an important role in creating a memorable hotel experience.
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Provide attentive food and beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
Assist guests with menu questions, requests, and special accommodations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting breakfast area.
Set up breakfast service, restock supplies, and complete daily service tasks.
Clear and reset tables efficiently to provide a smooth dining experience.
Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and hotel team members.
Assist with opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience is a plus.
Friendly and professional personality with strong guest service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different situations.
Food safety training or certification is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Competitive pay of $7.50 per hour plus tips.
