Golden Heart Home Services is seeking an experienced, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Manistique office as a Supervisory RN. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible, part-time hours—perfect for a retired nurse, semi-retired nurse, or RN looking to earn extra income while continuing to make a difference in the community.

Complete supervisory visits for home care clients

Conduct new client intake assessments

Complete client renewals and reassessments

Provide caregiver training and education

Ensure client care plans accurately reflect current needs

Complete required nursing documentation in a timely manner

Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff regarding changes in condition or care needs

Help support quality and compliance within our Manistique service area

Current, unrestricted Michigan RN license

Professional, dependable, and selfmotivated

Strong assessment and documentation skills

Comfortable working independently in the community

Home care, home health, hospice, or supervisory experience preferred
