Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Virginia MVDB Salesperson License preferred or the ability to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
- Build relationships with new and repeat customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Work closely with management and the finance department to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
