Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients in person and through Lead management software. Leads provided.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products and financial solutions.
- Manage sales/service tasks such as processing applications, maintaining client records, and following up on leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates to ensure ethical sales practices.
- Producing minimum of 25 new business items sold per month.
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong sales/service skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly valued.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
- Ability to handle telemarketing activities ethically while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to building long-term client relationships.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $88,750.68 per year
