What we are looking for:
We are looking for diverse, talented, and highly motivated Team Members who want to grow with us and whose primary responsibility is safety, quality, and productivity for the open position of: Shipping Operator
What will you do:
- Operate a forklift
- Perform required safety checks
- Transfer materials
- Product identification
- Load trucks in an organized and safe manner
- Use ERP system to complete shipping tasks
- Ensures proper staging of finished goods for timely loading of trucks
- Accurately document department data / compete required paperwork
- Maintain and manage “first in/first out” inventories
- Maintain warehouse organization
- Prepare and send ASN to customer
- Accurately document department data / compete required paperwork

What you will bring:
- Adhere to all safety policies
- Warehouse / Shipping experience preferred
- Previous forklift experience is required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Computer / Technical knowledge
- Ability to train others as needed
- Work as a team
- Physical demands depend on placement
- High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements:
- Adhere to safety rules
- Work any shift
- Must pass a HAIR FOLLICLE DRUG TEST
- Must pass a complete background check
- Must pass E-Verify
- Must pass physical
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Must have reliable transportation
- Capable of working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
- Capable of working in a dirty environment (we work with graphite)
