Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all bathrooms, resident rooms and surfaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to ensure effective results while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents to understand specific needs, provide updates on completed tasks, and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with familiarity with various cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Strong skills in floor cleaning, surface sanitation, carpet care, and dusting techniques.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences.
- Physical stamina for active work including standing for long periods, bending, stretching, as necessary.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards and supporting team efforts in housekeeping management.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
