The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and patient-focused Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing medspa team. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, possesses strong clinical skills, and excels at building lasting relationships with patients. This role involves performing cosmetic treatments, supporting patient consultations, and contributing to an outstanding patient experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, microneedling, PRP, and other non-surgical procedures (based on experience and scope of practice)
- Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and maintenance plans
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Monitor patient outcomes and ensure the highest standards of safety and care
- Assist physicians and providers with advanced aesthetic procedures
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies according to clinical standards
- Build and nurture long-term patient relationships to support retention and practice growth
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and aesthetic techniques
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic nursing experience
- Experience with injectable and laser treatments and cosmetic procedures required
- Excellent communication, consultation, and patient education skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury aesthetic practice
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with leading aesthetic laser technologies
- Proven track record of patient retention and treatment plan conversion
- Strong social media and patient engagement skills
