Peak Management is hiring an AT&T Sales Associate to join our growing team. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you'll work in-person with customers, helping them discover the wireless and connectivity solutions that best fit their needs. No previous sales experience is required, we provide comprehensive training from day one. What You'll Do as an AT&T Sales Associate:
- Work in-person with customers to introduce AT&T products, wireless plans, fiber services, and promotions
- Build relationships and identify customer needs through consultative sales conversations
- Assist customers with new enrollments, account setup, and service upgrades
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience focused on satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a professional approach
- Participate in ongoing training covering AT&T products, sales strategies, leadership, and customer engagement
What We're Looking For in an AT&T Sales Associate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in an in-person, customer-facing environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with an interest in sales
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
