RE/MAX Premier and Primus Property Management are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and enjoy keeping an office running smoothly, we'd love to meet you!
As the face of our office, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, agents, tenants, owners, and vendors. We're looking for someone who is professional, dependable, self-motivated, and ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks, filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain office organization and ensure the reception area is clean and inviting.
- Support our real estate agents and property management team with daily office operations.
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendars.
- Process paperwork accurately and maintain confidential records.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred but not required.
