Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing legal team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, managing multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and over the phone.
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.
- Maintain organized case files and office records.
- Prepare and process legal documents.
- Assist attorneys and staff with administrative and case-related tasks.
- Perform general office duties and support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience is required.
- Previous legal office or paralegal experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and common office software.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
Compensation:
Salary is competitive and based on experience. Applicants with previous paralegal or legal office experience will be considered for higher starting pay.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
