Job Overview
As a Pooper Scooper Specialist at Pooper Troopers, you'll play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in public areas by efficiently removing dog waste. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will contribute to creating a more enjoyable environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Scooping: Perform regular patrols of designated areas to locate and scoop up dog waste, following established routes and schedules.
- Thorough Cleanup: Use provided tools (such as scoopers, gloves, and waste bags) to carefully collect and dispose of dog waste, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene standards are met.
- Area Inspection: Monitor assigned areas for any signs of waste accumulation or cleanliness issues, promptly addressing and reporting concerns to supervisors.
- Positive Interactions: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with residents, visitors, and colleagues, representing Pooper Troopers in a positive light.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of scooping activities, including locations and quantities of waste collected, to facilitate reporting and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
- Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
- Reliability and punctuality in completing assigned tasks.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
