We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist / Office Manager to join our global HR team. This is a high-impact role that blends human resources operations with office management responsibilities to support both people and workplace experience.
In this role, you will help deliver a seamless employee experience by supporting core HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and compliance while ensuring the office environment is efficient, safe, and aligned with our culture. You’ll collaborate across teams—both locally and globally—to help drive consistency, operational excellence, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, leave, and HR policies; escalate complex matters as needed
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR processes in partnership with offshore teams
- Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Support HR initiatives related to mergers & acquisitions, including employee communications and transitions
- Help coordinate training, compliance, and wellness programs
- Assist with employee relations matters, including documentation and conflict resolution support
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Utilize HR systems (Dayforce) and digital tools to manage data and support reporting
- Collaborate with Payroll to address discrepancies and support accurate processing
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all HR-related matters
Office Management
- Act as the primary liaison for office operations, including vendors, building management, and employees
- Oversee daily office functions to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Coordinate facilities needs such as maintenance, supplies, equipment, and space planning
- Partner with IT to support employee technology setup and office systems
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery
- Support hybrid workforce needs, including logistics and workspace coordination
- Plan and execute meetings, events, and employee engagement activities
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling and communications
Coordinate visitor management and ensure a welcoming office experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in HR, office administration, or a related support role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred)
