As our company continues to grow throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the greater New York City area, we are seeking experienced educators to join our elite team of Academic Coaches.
Work one-on-one with students in their homes, providing personalized instruction while building meaningful relationships with students and families. Our Academic Coaches and Study Skills Coaches are trusted advisors who inspire confidence, accountability, and academic excellence.

Holds a Bachelor's degree (Master's or advanced degree preferred)

Has prior teaching, tutoring, or academic coaching experience

Has experience working with students attending New York independent or private schools (strongly preferred)

Is comfortable working with high-net-worth and high-expectation families

Demonstrates professionalism, warmth, discretion, and excellent communication

Is available weekday afternoons/evenings and one weekend day (Sunday preferred)

Can commit to approximately 10–15 hours per week

Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
