Duties/Responsibilities:
· Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout hotel as assigned.
· Pick up trash and empty trash containers.
· Perform light repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes.
· Assist with the cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces.
· Wash windows.
· Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
· Performs limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks.
· Examine property for safety hazards; reports problems to appropriate staff.
· Ensure heating and cooling systems are operational.
· Ensure that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
· Modify scope of cleaning and maintenance based on specified needs of this hotel (guest, parking facilities, etc.)
· Perform other related duties as required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.25 per hour
