As a Service Operations Manager, you will oversee front‑end and service operations, ensure strong execution of company service programs, and lead teams that deliver a fast, friendly, and compliant shopping experience. Oversee daily front‑end operations including check stands, self‑checkout (SCO), service desk, and checkout processes
Ensure compliance with cash handling, security, returns, refunds, and transaction policies
Monitor scheduling, breaks, staffing levels, and queue management to align labor with business needs
Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop service associates, supervisors, and front‑end staff
