Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee electrical construction projects within the commercial,HOAs community, Residental, pre vailing wages , Industrial and more. In this role, you will manage on-site electrical operations, coordinate with project teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, team supervision, and technical knowledge will drive project success while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex electrical installations and contribute to innovative construction initiatives.
Duties
- Lead and supervise electrical construction teams on-site, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise execution of electrical systems.
- Coordinate construction schedules using Service Titan to align with overall project timelines.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular safety inspections in compliance with OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards.
- Oversee quality control processes, including testing with tools like ohmmeters, to verify electrical system integrity.
- Review construction drawings and technical documents using Bluebeam or similar construction management software for accuracy and clarity.
- Monitor project budgets with the coordinator/ estimator, track costs, and manage contracts to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Facilitate communication between project managers, clients, and field crews to coordinate activities effectively.
- Supervise the review of construction schedules, ensuring proper coordination of all phases of electrical work.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations governing construction safety and electrical codes.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Licensed Electrical Superintendent with proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects.
- Extensive construction site experience in commercial or infrastructure projects with a focus on electrical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
- Proven supervisory experience managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Deep understanding of OSHA standards, federal safety regulations, and construction safety management practices.
- Skilled in managing project budgets, contracts, and procurement processes effectively.
- Excellent managerial communication skills for supervising crews, coordinating schedules, and liaising with stakeholders.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
