Territory: Garden City, Inkster, Livonia, Northville, Farmington Hills, Salem, Plymouth, Wayne, Westland, Canton, and Ypsilanti
Beaumont Home Health and Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You'll help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and maintain independence in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications
- Current PTA license
- 1+ year of PTA experience in an acute care setting required
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Monitor, document, and report patient progress
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans and equipment use
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
