Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to promote a high-performing work environment
- Oversee the inspection of apartments and common areas to identify repair needs, safety hazards, or potential improvements
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- Proven management experience in apartment maintenance with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong plumbing and carpentry experience
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Effective leadership qualities with the ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks, and foster a safety-conscious culture
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and residents as needed
