Schedule & Pay for the Machine Operator
- Full-time, 12-hour shifts
- 4 days on / 4 days off rotation
- Swing shift: rotate monthly between days and nights
- Pay: $20.89–$23.25 per hour, based on experience
Requirements for the Machine Operator include:
- 2–3 years of manufacturing or production experience required
- Prior machine operating experience required
- Experience operating forklifts and can-lifters
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
Machine Operator Responsibilities include:
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load and move materials using forklifts and can-lifters
- Perform quality checks and document production data
- Follow all safety and production guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
