We are looking for a nurturing, reliable Educator to lead our on-site infant room. If you enjoy working with infants, this is a wonderful opportunity. You’ll care for a small group of babies (ages 6 weeks-18 months), providing individualized attention in a warm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for 2-5 infants, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and supporting daily routines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and responsive classroom environment.
- Design and implement weekly infant lesson plans (with two hours of paid planning time each week).
- Conduct routine child observations using NM Early Learning Guidelines.
- Partner with the Director to create an annual Professional Development Plan.
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of infant care, safety, and milestones.
- Ability to pass a NM Child Care Licensing background check.
- Willingness to complete paid state required training and work toward a NM Child Development Certificate, with full support from our team.
