Evaluate patients to determine functional levels and identify therapy needs
Develop, implement, and modify age-appropriate treatment programs based on patient goals and progress
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Participate in discharge planning to support safe transitions to home or other care settings
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and adaptive strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
Perform administrative duties as required, including scheduling and reporting
Participate in Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives and quality assurance activities
Pursue ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills
Perform other duties as assigned
