Description:
SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Oral Health, the Dentist is responsible for the delivery of dental patient care of pediatric, adolescent and adult patients.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide clinical dental services for pediatric, adolescent and adult patients.
- Provides all phases of general dentistry.
- Provide patients care services in area of specialty.
- Maintain current awareness of developments in dental care field by attending workshops and seminars and reading professional journals.
Requirements:
Education: Doctorate in Dentistry.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience and knowledge of community-based dentistry preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in healthcare required.
Certification/Licensure: Must be a licensed DMD or DDS and have an active and valid DEA, MSCR, and BLS
certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Software/Hardware: Must be proficient and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word,
etc.), experience with Dentrix preferred.
