We are a growing and busy Family Practice office looking for an employee who has a positive outlook on life, great customer service skills, and can easily handle stressful situations. This is a position that requires the ability to multi-task. Compensation depends on experience.

Responsibilities would be as follows but not limited to...
- Greeting patients
- Checking in/out appointments
- Checking demographics and insurance
- Collecting co-pays and account balances
- Scheduling upcoming appointments
- Communicate messages in written format to clinical/clerical staff on behalf of patients
- data entry
- Must be able to multi-task
- Answering multi phone lines
- Referral and Prior Auth assistance in the office
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:
