Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, answer questions about drinks or menu items, and create a lively atmosphere.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and transactions.
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events like banquets or catering functions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours in nightclubs or restaurant settings.
Requirements
- Must Be able to work Friday and saturday night
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments; banquet experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and drink orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, or beverage measurements accurately.
- Experience in brewing or the food industry is advantageous; retail math skills are also valued.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift supplies as needed, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
