The Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in the daily operations of our business. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our team, and your proficiency in Excel will be a key asset in handling data and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the Development/Real Estate team
· Coordinate with vendors to obtain proposals and contracts
· Maintain accurate records and databases, demonstrating proficiency in Excel
· Create and process purchase orders and invoices
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
· Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:
· At least two (2) years of experience as an Administrative/Office Assistant
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is a must
· Workday experience preferred
· Teams experience preferred
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy
