Business Management Assistant Essential Functions
- Execute high-volume sales for Verizon's flagship wireless and fiber products.
- Manage complex customer inquiries and close high-value service contracts.
- Lead by example to help the team achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching to entry level team members to strengthen their communication and sales skills.
- Help lead daily team meetings to align goals, celebrate wins, and maintain positive momentum.
- Monitor performance data to identify top talent and future leaders.
- Oversee the customer experience from initial consultation through account activation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and fellow Business Management Assistants to forecast monthly revenue goals.
- Support the development of entry level representatives through training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Business Management Assistant Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, athletics, or leadership is a plus, but entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Natural ability to lead, motivate others, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $4,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
