We are a construction company that specializes in road work we do government projects in CT/MA. We are Seeking a qualified person to work in our office. They must posses the ability to : negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors, order materials, and estimating new projects.
Project Manager/ Estimator Roles :
Project Managers play a lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. Project Managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, attend meetings and keep stakeholders & foreman's informed the entire way.
Estimator prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material and time requirements. In this position, you will be responsible for estimating labor and material costs and communicating financial cost and project timelines to customers.
You must have a keen attention to detail as well as organization and work well with others.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
