2nd Shift Production Supervisor Details:
-
Contract to Hire position
-
$35.00 to $37.00 /hour
-
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)
-
Oversee daily production across multiple work areas, monitoring quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and performance metrics.

Lead, coach, and develop production teams, including GAP Leaders and operators, while managing staffing, scheduling, training, and timekeeping.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using 5S, TPM, Hoshin, SMED, problem-solving, and standardized work practices.

Maintain a strong shop-floor presence, addressing production issues, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring efficient line performance.

Champion health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including the authority to stop production when safety or quality risks arise.
2nd Shift Production Supervisor Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field highly preferred. High School Diploma required.

Minimum 2 years of production experience with 2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of production methods such as Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM, SMED, and continuous improvement practices.

Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, communicate effectively, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Proficient English communication skills and strong problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership abilities required.
