Security Officer - Patrol Driver Position
As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in West Jefferson, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including interior areas, exterior grounds, loading areas, and perimeter access points.

Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity to help to deter unauthorized access, support loss prevention efforts, and document security-related concerns.

Communicate with site contacts, employees, and/or visitors regarding post orders, access procedures, and incident-related information as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
