Responsibilities
- Actively run 3–5 residential and light commercial service calls per day for all makes and models of HVAC systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems on-site, including split systems and package units
- Assess and support commercial HVAC projects; experience with boilers and chillers is a plus as grows its commercial market presence
- Present and sell the full spectrum of solutions to customers, including repairs, maintenance plans, and system replacements
- Convert and flip qualifying leads (approximately 30% of eligible jobs) to a Comfort Advisor or Field Supervisor for larger system replacement opportunities
- Generate and respond to Tech Generated Leads (TGLs)
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of combined HVAC experience, including at least three (3) years of technical diagnostic and repair experience and at least two (2) years of experience as a selling technician
- Proven sales track record; must be able to demonstrate a minimum of $1.5 million in annual sales
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to confidently present options and close deals in-home
- Experience with ServiceTitan required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
