Seasonal Banquet Server Description:
We are seeking courteous, professional, and customer-focused Banquet Servers and Bartenders to join our events team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during banquets, weddings, corporate functions and other special events.
Responsibilities include assisting with event setup and preparation, serving food and beverages, tending the bar (as assigned), ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event, and assisting with post-event cleanup.
Team members are expected to respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, requests and concerns while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences are essential for this role.
