Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to contribute to resident care in a skilled nursing facility. This role supports recovery and functional improvement through structured, hands-on sessions.
Key Duties:

Deliver interventions following established care plans

Guide residents through movement-based activities and exercise programs

Assist with walking practice, transfers, and safe mobility tasks

Observe outcomes and share updates with the supervising clinician

Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications:

Active state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant required
