What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same around here. One day you might be walking a property inspecting trees and irrigation systems, and the next you’re collaborating with contractors, community managers, and homeowners to keep landscapes thriving.
You’ll Inspect landscaped communities and identify improvement
Help manage irrigation, water retention basins, and plant health
Coordinate with contractors and property managers to keep projects running smoothly
Create punch lists, scorecards, reports, and maintenance plans
Diagnose plant and soil issues and recommend solutions
Use Excel and Google Sheets to track projects and performance
Attend community and HOA meetings to help guide landscape decisions
Support tree inventories, replacements, and long-term planning
Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and teammates
You’d Be Great For This Role If You…
- Love plants, trees, landscaping, and the outdoors
- Can confidently solve problems and make decisions independently
- Know your way around irrigation, horticulture, and landscape maintenance
- Are organized, professional, and a strong communicator
- Can balance field work with reporting and project coordination
- Enjoy working with both people and projects
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial landscape maintenance, irrigation, horticulture, HOA, or related experience
- Strong knowledge of landscaping operations, arboriculture, and water management
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and spreadsheets
- California Driver’s License required
- ISA Certified Arborist certification (or willingness to obtain it within 6 months) is a big plus
The Environment
This is not a sit-at-a-desk-all-day kind of job. You’ll spend time outdoors inspecting communities, parks, slopes, greenbelts, and landscapes while also collaborating with the team remotely and in-office when needed.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
